The donation came from the Agaba of Jiwa Chiefdom in the Abuja Municipal Area Council, Alhaji Idris Musa, who received members of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors at his palace on Wednesday.

The visit took place in Jiwa, where the group, led by its FCT coordinator, Hon Adamu Abdullahi, met with the monarch to discuss grassroots mobilisation ahead of the next general election.

The support was given as part of efforts to strengthen campaigns backing Tinubu’s return in 2027, with the monarch pledging to rally support for the president within his domain and beyond.

The traditional ruler said the decision was driven by his approval of the president’s leadership style and appointments, particularly the choice of Nyesom Wike as FCT minister and the inclusion of Abuja indigenes in national affairs.

The meeting ended with plans for deeper engagement across communities, as the Renewed Hope Ambassadors sought the backing of traditional institutions to promote unity, peace, and political participation across the FCT.
