The move follows the party’s appeal against the recent Federal High Court ruling in Lokoja.
Dickson said the party had filed a notice of appeal alongside an application for a stay of execution, adding that the court documents had already been served on INEC.
He maintained that the NDC remains a legally recognised political party and that its primaries were monitored by the electoral commission.
He disclosed that the vice-presidential candidate and other party candidates would also be uploaded within the timetable provided by INEC.
Dickson assured members that there was enough time to complete the nomination process before the deadlines.
The party also appealed to unsuccessful aspirants to remain united, saying reconciliation efforts had started.
Dickson thanked INEC for restoring access to the portal and expressed confidence that the courts would settle the legal dispute in line with the law.
