Dangote Refinery Promises Steady Petrol Supply
Dangote Petroleum Refinery & Petrochemicals has assured Nigerians that petrol supply will remain stable despite recent turbulence in the global oil market.
The company said it has taken steps to shield its operations from international price shocks and supply disruptions.
According to the refinery, its production capacity and storage systems are strong enough to keep fuel flowing steadily across the country.
The reassurance comes at a time when concerns are rising over fluctuations in global crude prices and their possible impact on local fuel availability.
The refinery said it is committed to supporting Nigeria’s energy security and reducing dependence on imported petroleum products.
Officials noted that the facility will continue to work with distributors and regulators to ensure petrol reaches filling stations without interruption.
The refinery added that maintaining consistent supply remains a top priority as it expands operations.
The plant, built by Nigerian billionaire Aliko Dangote, is expected to play a major role in stabilising the country’s fuel market and easing pressure on foreign exchange previously used for petrol imports.
