Bayelsa state governorship election tribunal has nullified the gubernatorial the election of Bayelsa state that was held in November 2019.

The tribunal took the decision after it agreed with the candidate of Advance Nigeria Democratic Party (ANDP) that it was unlawful for the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to exclude the party from participating in the election.
