A former Edo State governor and serving senator, Adams Oshiomhole, says conversations around food prices in Nigeria are beginning to change, with some citizens now claiming that food is becoming cheaper.

Oshiomhole, who represents Edo North in the Senate, made the remark during a television appearance last week, where he reflected on the impact of the current administration’s economic policies on daily living.

Speaking on the political future of President Bola Tinubu, Oshiomhole noted that the administration would rely on the outcomes of its reforms as it prepares for another election cycle, insisting that the changes introduced so far are beginning to yield visible gains.
