Nigerians Reject Tinubu’s Government – ADC

The African Democratic Congress has attacked President Bola Tinubu’s administration after a new opinion poll showed a sharp drop in public approval three years into his presidency.

The opposition party said the figures reflect growing frustration across the country over economic hardship and insecurity.

According to the survey conducted by Eagle Badger Data Analytics, only 30.2 per cent of Nigerians approved of Tinubu’s performance, while 47.5 per cent expressed dissatisfaction.

The report also showed that many citizens remain unconvinced by the government’s economic direction and reforms.

The ADC said the findings confirmed the daily struggles faced by ordinary Nigerians, including rising food prices, transport costs, unemployment and worsening living conditions.

The party argued that many families can no longer afford basic needs despite government claims of economic progress.

The opposition party also linked the low approval rating to insecurity in farming communities and continued attacks by criminal groups.

It insisted that the administration can no longer blame previous governments for the country’s challenges, saying Nigerians now expect direct results from the current leadership.
