Bandits have abducted four persons at Kuje Area in Abuja, the nation’s capital.

It was gathered that the incident occurred during the wee hours of Wednesday at Kuje Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

WazobiaReporters learnt that the bandits invaded the residents’ homes around 3:00 a.m. and whisked away their victims to unknown location.
The victims were picked from different homes they invaded during the attack.

Reacting to the development, Mariam Yusuf, FCT police command spokesperson, who confirmed to newsmen on Wednesday evening said “it was four people that were abducted during the attack.
“Yes the command is aware of the case. It was four people that were kidnapped please.
“We have launched an operation to rescue the victims and apprehend the fleeing suspects”.
Residents living in Kuje, Kwali and Pegi community are faced with the challenges of kidnapping activities.
