Court Throws Out ADA Suit Against INEC

The Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed a case seeking to force the Independent National Electoral Commission to register the All Democratic Alliance as a political party.

The ruling was delivered on Wednesday by Justice Emeka Nwite.

The suit was filed by Umar Ardo and others against INEC, Chief Akin Ricketts and Aminu Ahmed.
