UTME Results Set For Release Tonight – JAMB

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board said candidates who wrote the 2026 UTME on Thursday, April 16, will get their results before midnight on Friday.

The update was shared by its spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, through a post on X. It confirmed that marking had been completed for the first batch.

The board stated, “This is to inform all candidates who sat for the 2026 UTME on Thursday, 16th April 2026, that their results will be released today before midnight.”

It added that the release would follow standard processing steps. Candidates are expected to check their scores once the results go live.
It also addressed online claims about a hijab-wearing candidate allegedly being denied access to sit the exam.
The board said the report was incorrect and clarified that the candidate was allowed to write the test without restriction.
