The project links Ring Road I to Ring Road II and forms part of activities marking his third year in office.
Represented by Godswill Akpabio, the President said the road would improve movement, reduce traffic pressure and support economic activities across the Federal Capital Territory.
He noted that the project builds on earlier phases commissioned in 2024 and 2025.
The President praised Nyesom Wike for driving infrastructure development in Abuja, saying the administration remains focused on completing both inherited and newly initiated projects.
He added that continuity in governance is helping to deliver results for residents.
Wike said the project was completed within the agreed timeline after close monitoring by the FCT Administration.
He also revealed that most projects delivered since 2023 were inherited from previous governments, stressing that public funds should not be wasted on abandoned developments.
The newly commissioned road is expected to improve connectivity, support urban growth and strengthen Abuja’s transport network.
