He said Nigeria is bleeding profusely as banditry, terrorism, kidnappings and other violent crimes continue to spread across several states, leaving citizens exposed and afraid in their communities.
Kwankwaso noted that states such as Zamfara, Borno, Sokoto, Katsina, Kwara and Oyo have been heavily affected, adding that criminal groups now operate with growing boldness, even using social media to taunt authorities.
He called for urgent reforms in the country’s security structure, stronger intelligence gathering, better welfare for security personnel and increased investment in education, jobs and infrastructure to address the root causes of violence.
