The group said the judiciary must act fast to protect democratic balance.

The movement made the request amid ongoing leadership disputes within the African Democratic Congress.

It said the uncertainty has left supporters confused and weakened the structure of the opposition. The group warned that delays could affect preparations for the coming elections.

It explained that the crisis has grown beyond party politics and now affects the wider political system.

According to the movement, unresolved cases could deepen divisions, slow coalition talks, and weaken trust in the process. It added that electoral bodies and voters need clarity as activities move forward.

The group urged the court to deliver a final ruling without delay to restore order.

It said a clear decision would help stabilise the political space and allow opposition parties to focus on building alliances and preparing for the elections.
