He made the remarks during a television interview, triggering reactions across political circles.
The comments came at a time of shifting alliances within the Peoples Democratic Party and rising tension ahead of the 2027 elections.
Isaac Fayose also questioned political values, accusing leaders of acting without clear principles and focusing mainly on personal gain.
He went further to raise concerns about governance, alleging that some public projects are driven by hidden interests.
He also suggested that the 2027 election process may already be compromised, while criticising priorities within the system.
The remarks have added to an already strained relationship between the Fayose brothers.
Isaac had earlier accused the former governor of betraying family members and political allies who supported his rise to power.
He recalled past sacrifices made by relatives and claimed those efforts were not acknowledged.
He also expressed disappointment over what he described as a lack of unity within the Fayose family, comparing it to other prominent political families in the country.
Despite the criticism, he said his comments were meant to push for change.
As of now, neither Ayodele Fayose nor Nyesom Wike has responded publicly to the claims.
