Dangote Refinery Pauses Operations
The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has suspended the loading of petrol at its facility until further notice, bringing operations at the loading gantry to a temporary halt.
The development forced tanker drivers who had already queued at the refinery to leave the premises after being informed that petrol lifting activities had been paused.
Sources around the facility said the suspension affected several trucks waiting to transport fuel to different parts of the country, though the reason for the sudden stoppage has not yet been officially disclosed.
The refinery remains one of the largest fuel supply sources in Nigeria, and the pause in loading operations could affect petrol distribution if the situation continues for an extended period.
