Northern Christian Leaders Adopts New Identity

Christian leaders from the 19 Northern states and the Federal Capital Territory have agreed to operate under a new umbrella known as the Northern Christian Association.

The decision was reached during a recent gathering where faith leaders said the move is meant to give believers in the region a stronger and more united voice.
They noted that the new identity would help them engage better on issues affecting their communities.
Organisers explained that the platform is designed to promote unity, protect shared interests and improve coordination among churches across the North and Abuja.
They also said it would serve as a channel for dialogue with government and other stakeholders.
