Mrs. Nancy Sabanti Nathan, mni, has been named the Acting Head of Service of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA).

Her appointment comes after the passing of Mrs. Grace Adayilo, the previous Head of Service, last Monday.

The FCTA confirmed the development through a statement signed by Lere Olayinka, Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media, on September 9, 2025.

Before this new role, Mrs. Sabanti Nathan served as the Permanent Secretary of the FCTA Youth Development Secretariat.
She also previously held the position of Director of Finance and Administration in the office of the Honourable Minister of the FCT.
Her appointment is in an acting capacity and will remain until a permanent Head of Service is appointed.
