The chairman of Ido/Osi Local Government, Hon. Bamidele Omoleye has advised the citizens of his local government and Ekiti to shun politics of bitterness.
He averred that the state would benefit a lot if all politicians in the state could do away with pull-him syndrome.

The chairman asserted this in Ido-Ekiti while addressing a group of people on how the dividends of democracy could be enjoyed.

Omoleye said the era of politics of acrimony is gone in Ekiti State, saying the present governor of the state, Mr. Biodun Oyebanji has taught all and sundry the best way to play politics.
His words, “As Governor is not seeing himself as governor of the APC but as governor of all citizens of Ekiti State, so I am not seeing myself as Chairman of the ruling party but council boss for all citizens of Ido/Osi Local Government.
