The Court of Appeal sitting in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital, has sacked the member representing Brass Constituency 1, in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Hon. Daniel Charles, over his defection from the All Progressives Congress (APC), to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
