The facility was commissioned on Monday by Vice President Kashim Shettima, who represented the President.
The new complex, located in Dakibiyu, features multiple courtrooms, judges’ chambers, conference halls, a library and administrative offices.
Tinubu said the project reflects his government’s drive to improve the justice system and provide a suitable environment for judicial officers to carry out their duties.
The President also praised FCT Minister Nyesom Wike for completing the project within the agreed timeframe.
Government officials said the development would ease congestion, improve the speed of justice delivery and strengthen confidence in Nigeria’s democratic institutions.
Judicial leaders welcomed the project, noting that the Abuja Division had struggled for years with limited facilities despite handling a heavy workload.
They expressed optimism that the new complex would improve efficiency and support faster resolution of cases.
