The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, is set to deliver the convocation lecture at University of Port Harcourt on Saturday.

The university’s Vice-Chancellor, Owunari Georgewill, said the invitation was based on Wike’s public service record and contributions to infrastructure and administration.

The minister accepted the invitation through his office, noting that the topic reflects his belief that leadership should produce visible results through improved infrastructure, social services and better living conditions for citizens.
