Tinubu Is Using Hunger To Influence Voters – Amaechi
Former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, has accused the federal government of worsening economic hardship for political gain.
He made the claim while speaking on the state of governance in Nigeria.
Amaechi alleged that the current administration is allowing hunger to spread among citizens as a tool to shape voter behaviour ahead of elections.
He said the situation reflects poor leadership and deepening public frustration.
He added that Nigerians are facing rising hardship and struggling to cope with the cost of living, which he linked to policy decisions by those in power.
The former governor said citizens are becoming increasingly dissatisfied.
Amaechi has continued to criticise the political class, calling for stronger public pressure to demand accountability and better governance across the country.
