Wike Sends Strong Sallah Message
Nyesom Wike has extended Eid greetings to residents of the Federal Capital Territory, congratulating Muslims on completing the Ramadan fast and wishing them a joyful celebration of Eid al-Fitr.
He described the period as one of reflection, renewal, and shared values across communities.
He noted that the fasting period encouraged kindness, unity, and support among residents, with both individuals and organisations showing care to people regardless of religion.
He urged citizens to carry these values beyond the festive period and continue promoting peace and togetherness.
With political activities expected to rise ahead of the 2027 elections, the minister assured residents that the administration would maintain a stable and peaceful environment for all engagements.
He called on everyone to remain calm, law-abiding, and united despite political differences.
Wike also praised Bola Ahmed Tinubu for policies under the Renewed Hope Agenda, stating that they have improved living conditions and security in Abuja.
He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to protecting lives and building a better capital city for all.
