The Federal Government says it is constructing highways designed to stand for up to 100 years, according to the Minister of Works, David Umahi.

He made the remark while outlining the government’s new direction on road infrastructure across the country.

Umahi explained that the projects now follow stricter standards, with reinforced concrete technology replacing the old asphalt method in many locations.
