Atiku, who contested the 2023 presidential election under the PDP, addressed supporters who travelled from Adamawa, Bauchi and Kano. He urged Nigerians to register and get their voter cards, saying change in 2027 would not be possible without full voter participation.
He accused the APC-led government of failing to improve living conditions, saying many Nigerians are struggling with hunger, poverty and insecurity. According to him, the ruling party has not delivered the progress it promised.
He encouraged voters to support leaders who can improve their welfare and restore stability across the country.
Taraba ADC chairman, Hassan Adamu, said the party is confident of winning the state in the next election. He added that the transition committee led by Senator Abubakar Tutare has been inaugurated to strengthen mobilisation ahead of 2027.
