The anti-graft agency accused them of involvement in irregularities surrounding the contract.

The case centres on claims that due process was not followed in the handling of the project, which was intended to strengthen security through the installation of CCTV infrastructure in Kaduna State.

All the accused persons are expected to defend themselves as the legal proceedings continue.

The development marks a new chapter in investigations into contracts awarded during the former governor’s tenure.
