Nigerians Sacrifices Won’t Be In Vain – Tinubu
President Bola Tinubu has assured Nigerians that the difficult reforms introduced by his administration will lead to lasting gains, saying citizens’ sacrifices will not go to waste as the country continues its recovery path.
Speaking on the third anniversary of his government, Tinubu said he fully understands the hardship faced by families since reforms began.
He said the administration chose tough economic steps to avoid deeper crisis, including fuel subsidy removal and foreign exchange reforms, which he described as necessary for national stability.
He noted that the economy is showing signs of recovery, with improved public finances, rising investor confidence, and growth in the stock market.
He also pointed to ongoing road, rail, power, housing, and energy projects as proof of progress, adding that job creation and infrastructure expansion remain central goals.
Tinubu called on Nigerians to remain united and patient, stressing that security, youth empowerment, agriculture, and digital growth are key priorities.
He said the government will continue reforms to reduce living costs, expand opportunities, and ensure that development reaches all parts of the country.
