Nigeria Needs National Unity – Peter Obi
Peter Obi has said Nigeria is still far from being a united nation and stressed that his main goal is to bring the country together.
The Labour Party presidential candidate made the remarks while speaking on national issues affecting unity and governance.
He explained that divisions across regions, ethnic groups and political lines continue to weaken national progress.
According to him, these gaps must be addressed if the country is to move forward in peace and stability.
Obi stated that leadership should focus on building trust among citizens and creating a sense of belonging for all Nigerians.
He added that inclusive governance remains key to reducing tensions and promoting cooperation across the country.
He further maintained that his political vision is centred on uniting Nigerians and ensuring that every region feels represented in national affairs.
