He spoke in Abuja after a party meeting.
Otti described the claims as baseless, insisting the party has built its structure through hard work and will not abandon it.
He said both parties will remain separate and compete normally in the political space.
The governor also backed the new leadership of the party led by Nenadi Usman. He expressed confidence in the National Working Committee to guide the party in the coming years.
On internal disputes, Otti called for unity and opened the door for reconciliation with members linked to Julius Abure.
He said the focus now is to strengthen the party ahead of future elections.
