The development was disclosed during a visit led by Dunoma Umar Ahmed of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Wike said the plan is to ensure envoys have a place in Abuja for official duties and briefings. He added that application forms for land allocation would be made available to them immediately.

The minister urged the diplomats to reflect Nigeria positively abroad and attract investment.

He said their role is key to building global confidence in the country while supporting partnerships. He also dismissed fears of a one-party system, stressing that Nigeria remains a multi-party democracy.

Wike pointed to ongoing development in the Federal Capital Territory, including road expansion and infrastructure growth across area councils.

He called for investment in agriculture and other sectors, expressing confidence that the country will see stronger progress and stability in the coming years.
