He revealed plans to roll out the Osun Smart Resident ID to boost planning, service delivery and security coordination.

The state has also reactivated its Emergency Call Centre through the toll free number 293 and is expanding CCTV coverage under the Osun Safe City plan.

Adeleke announced the launch of AlphaStart Hub, described as the first state owned founders hub, with three centres to be set up across the senatorial districts within a year.

In education, the government will introduce Imole EduPod, a solar powered mini hub with an offline CBT centre to support digital learning.

He added that grants for emerging tech businesses will begin from the next fiscal year.

The governor’s aide on Science and Technology, Azeez Badmus, said key services such as land administration, payroll and certification have been digitised to reduce delays and improve transparency.

The administration has repeatedly stated its goal of positioning Osun as a centre for innovation, pledging support and resources to help young people build tech driven solutions.
