FCT Leaders Pledge Loyalty To Tinubu, Praises Wike

Traditional rulers and community leaders across the Federal Capital Territory have pledged continued support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, citing a growing sense of inclusion under his administration.

The show of support came on Tuesday during visits to Karshi, Karu, Garki, and Bwari by members of the FCT Renewed Hope Ambassadors, a grassroots group mobilising backing for the president.

Community leaders said Tinubu’s decision to appoint an indigene of the FCT to a key ministerial role has boosted confidence and strengthened the feeling of belonging among residents of the territory.

They also praised FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, saying his leadership has brought visible development and justified the president’s choice to entrust him with the affairs of the capital.

Traditional rulers in the visited communities pointed to road projects, institutional presence, and greater recognition of local authorities as signs of progress under the current administration.

The leaders assured that traditional institutions and community structures would continue to rally support for Tinubu, as mobilisation efforts by the Renewed Hope Ambassadors intensify across the FCT ahead of future elections.
