The ICPC has confirmed receiving a formal petition from businessman Aliko Dangote against the head of the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority, Farouk Ahmed, over alleged corruption.

The anti-graft agency made this known on Tuesday, saying the petition was submitted through Dangote’s legal team earlier in the day and officially acknowledged by the commission.
