Accord leaders described Adeleke’s move from his former party as a natural fit, saying his style of governance aligns with their values of transparency, unity, and purposeful leadership. They also noted that his administration’s achievements match the party’s goal of delivering practical solutions rather than empty political talk.

Mgbudem urged supporters to see the 2026 poll as a chance to strengthen the progress already made in Osun. He said Accord believes voters will back Adeleke again because they have seen visible improvements in the state.

The chairman added that Adeleke’s entry into the party boosts Accord’s national profile and called on Nigerians seeking a credible political alternative to join the movement.
