APC Mocks ADC as Empty Coalition With No Future

The All Progressives Congress in Lagos has dismissed the African Democratic Congress as an unserious political group with no structure, credibility, or public appeal.

Reacting to recent statements from the ADC, Lagos APC spokesperson Seye Oladejo described the party as a failed experiment and a coalition of “political pretenders” seeking relevance ahead of the 2027 elections.

He said the ADC lacks direction and has become a safe haven for disgruntled politicians who avoid genuine public service. According to Oladejo, the ADC’s recent criticisms of the APC are nothing more than recycled talking points from politicians with no real following or clear ideology.

He argued that the party’s so-called repositioning is meaningless, branding it a political gimmick with no future. “The ADC offers a confused chorus of envy-driven criticism, lacking both direction and relevance,” Oladejo said.

He accused some members of the opposition coalition of maintaining dual party affiliations, calling it “political bigamy” and a betrayal of democratic ethics. He insisted that Nigerians deserve clarity and honesty from their leaders, not what he called deceitful political arrangements.

Oladejo said the APC remains focused on delivering reforms and governance under President Bola Tinubu’s leadership and won’t be distracted by “unstable alliances or political noise.”

He urged citizens to reject shallow coalitions driven by ambition and support tested leadership with a proven record of service.

“The future lies in tested leadership, clear policies, and national unity — none of which the ADC provides,” he concluded.
