“We spend millions on cars for politicians, yet students lack basic educational tools. Our schools don’t have laboratories, classrooms, or chairs, while politicians live like celebrities. This must change,” Obi said.

He stressed the need to invest in education, healthcare, and poverty reduction, describing them as measurable areas of development.

Obi said his goal is to help build a country where every child, regardless of background, has a chance to succeed. He also called on leaders to focus on issues affecting ordinary Nigerians rather than the 2027 elections.

“People are hungry. They can’t afford school or healthcare. Let’s fix that first,” he said.

Speaking on his political future, Obi declared, “As for 2027, I will be there. I assure you—I will contest.”
