[VIDEO] Akwa Ibom 2023: Prophet on the run for requesting his hand be cut-off if Bassey Albert lose election
This self acclaimed Prophet, Phillip Otu is said to be on the run.
He had asked that his hand be cut-off if Senator Bassey Albert did not win 2023 Gubernatorial Election of Akwa Ibom State.
The convicted Senator Bassey Albert contested under the Young Progressives Party (YPP).
