Adeleke Wins again! Appeal Court Reaffirms His Victory at PDP Guber Primary

Federal Court of Appeal sitting in Akure Wednesday  reaffirmed the victory of Osun State Governor-elect, Senator Ademola Adeleke, at the PDP Guber primary.

The court ruled against Prince Dotun Babayemi’s appeal against a lower court’s ruling in that regard that favoured  Adeleke.

The Appeal Court insisted that the primary election that produced Adeleke as PDP’s gubernatorial candidate is authentic.
