A human rights activist and author, Comrade Paul Ikechukwu Njoku, has released a video by a Nigerian-American based woman who decried in the video about the alleged fraudulent Covid-19 QR-Code services by the officials of the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) partners and allies which according to the woman affects travelers from boarding their international flights whereby keeping many travelers and Nigerians stranded both home and abroad after the mandatory payment of 50, 000 Nigerian naira for the regulatory service.

Reacting on the viral video, the rights activist, condemned the development and called on President Muhammadu Buhari to immediately intervene and ensure discipline and sanity is restored amongst the various Covid-19 task Forces and the Nigerian Center for Decease Control (NCDC) and allies.
