Reacting to the images of the catastrophic devastation caused by the storm yesterday, Adejuwon said the government should be proactive to secure lives and properties of the people.

Sympathising with people of Ifira, Adejuwon said the loss of properties and damages caused by the storm will be examined. “I am currently out of town and all thoughts are with all the victims and their families. I promise to return home as soon as possible to examine the level of damages with a progressive way forward.
“This storm is presenting a “nightmare scenario,” and bringing “catastrophic and life-threatening” damages to my people.
“The priority for now is to save people’s lives , properties and get them out of harm’s way.”
Calling on Ondo state government to live to its responsibility, he the Special Assistant to the governor on Rural Development, HON KOLA BABATUNDE , Who is also a son of the soil should use his good office to assist our people.
