Federal Government Moves To Crash Fuel Price

Federal Government on Thursday said it has initiated plans to encourage the use of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) in order to crash the price of Petroleum Motor Spirit (PMS).

The government also said it has intensified efforts to ensure that the Petroleum Industry and Governance Bill (PIGB) is passed into law before the anniversary of President Muhammadu Buhari in May 2020.

Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Chief Timiprye Sylva, gave the hint at a press briefing in Abuja, saying that the government is working to move the masses to CNG.
