Earlier this week, the news of the Ekiti State Peoples Democratic Party secretariat being sold by the immediate past Governor of the State, Ayodele Peter Fayose broke into the public space. Since the news broke, there have been reactions and counter reactions on this matter.

Recall, the Ekiti PDP has been experiencing a very rough path since the last lost power to the APC. With each divide accusing the other of doing something wrong and all that.

Contrary to the claim by the Party Chairman that the secretariat was sold by the then Governor without his knowledge, emerging documents revealed that the party chairman was in fact an active part of that sale and aided the sale of the said property.
