The party said the situation is affecting its participation in the nomination process.
According to the NDC, the access code is required before political parties can submit details of their candidates through INEC’s online platform.
It claimed repeated efforts to obtain the code have not been successful.
The party argued that the alleged denial could disrupt its preparations and prevent it from completing the nomination process within the required timeframe.
It maintained that every registered political party should be given equal access to the portal.
The NDC called on INEC to provide the necessary access without further delay, saying the issue should be resolved quickly to protect the rights of political parties and ensure a fair electoral process.
