A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has granted Senator Dino Melaye bail after the Police arrested him. He was granted bail due to his ill health.

Melaye was arrested for an allegation of culpable homicide involving a Policeman in Kogi State. According to the Police, the officer is still on the hospital bed.
