President Bola Tinubu has assured Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo of his readiness to work with him to advance Nigeria’s development.
The president made this known after hosting Soludo at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Tuesday. He described the governor as a longtime friend and said their meeting focused on economic reforms, security challenges, and creating opportunities for young people across the country.
Tinubu explained that his administration would continue to partner with any state government committed to human, social, and economic progress. He stressed that collaboration among leaders was vital for building a stronger and more prosperous nation.
During the talks, both men shared views on tackling insecurity through decisive measures while ensuring inclusivity in economic opportunities. They also discussed the importance of sustaining ongoing reforms to strengthen democracy and improve living standards.
Soludo, speaking briefly after the meeting, confirmed that their conversation covered key national issues including the economy and security, but did not provide further details.
