Suspected hoodlums, early morning today, burgled Ogun State House of Assembly Complex, carting away with the mace.

WazobiaReporters learnt that the suspected hoodlums broke into the office of the Speaker, Olakunle Oluomo, overnight and stole the Mace, which is the official symbol of the legislative arm.

According to report, this is the second time the hoodlums would bulged the assembly complex in the last three weeks.

The Spokesman of the Command, Abimbola Oyeyemi who confirmed the incident, said that the head of the mace has been recovered, while investigation into the bulgary and theft has commenced.
