Isaac Fayose, younger brother of former Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose, has called on Nigerians to unite and vote President Bola Tinubu out of office in the 2027 general elections.
Fayose made the call in a video shared on his official Facebook page on Friday, as political activities gathered momentum ahead of the next presidential election.
He criticised the country’s economic situation, particularly what he described as a growing gap between wealthy Nigerians and those struggling to make ends meet.
According to him, a healthy economy should allow wealth to circulate across different sectors and benefit a wider section of the population, rather than remain concentrated in the hands of a few individuals.
Fayose also questioned the state of public services and security, arguing that even wealthy Nigerians still faced challenges that money alone could not resolve.
He cited the need for some affluent citizens to travel abroad for medical treatment and employ armed security personnel to protect their homes as examples of the problems confronting the country.
He further claimed that economic and commercial activities had declined in parts of Abuja, using the situation to argue for a change in government.
Fayose urged Nigerians to express their dissatisfaction through the ballot box in 2027, insisting that the current administration should be voted out.
His comments come amid growing political discussions and preparations by parties and political figures ahead of the 2027 general elections.
