The party said it would challenge the decision at the Court of Appeal.

The court had set aside its previous judgment after ruling that all necessary parties were not heard before the earlier decision was delivered. It also ordered that the matter should begin afresh.

Reacting to the development, the NDC insisted it disagreed with the ruling and maintained that its registration process was lawful.

The party said it remained confident that the appellate court would review the decision.

The NDC added that it had already begun the appeal process and would continue to pursue legal options until the dispute over its registration is finally resolved.
