CDHR said the issue began after petitions were filed over tax fraud and forgery claims against Alpha-Beta Consulting and its officials.
It also claimed no proper investigation followed despite several complaints to anti-graft agencies.
Oluwasanmi was said to have been questioned and later cleared during an earlier police inquiry, before fresh allegations and arrests were made in 2026.
The case has continued to generate new petitions and legal responses.
CDHR also accused officers of unlawful conduct during investigations and claimed the legal process was being manipulated.
The group has now asked the police leadership and Police Service Commission to review the case and intervene.
