Kebbi Crowd Rallies For Tinubu

In Birnin Kebbi, the All Progressives Congress gathered thousands of supporters on Saturday for a unity rally in support of Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Nasir Idris ahead of the 2027 elections.

Party members from all 21 local government areas attended. The event showed early political alignment within the state. It also reflected growing campaign activity.

The governor arrived at Sir Ahmadu Bello International Airport around midday before moving through the city to the Haliru Abdu Stadium.

Supporters lined the route as he made his way to the venue. The stadium was filled with party loyalists. The large turnout created a lively atmosphere across the city.

At the rally, Governor Idris said Kebbi remains committed to the ruling party. He linked the state’s progress to the support of the federal government in recent years.

Party leaders present shared the same position. They pointed to the size of the crowd as proof of strong backing.

Party officials said they expect to secure over one million votes in the next presidential election.

The rally drew key political figures, including Adamu Aliero, Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, and Usman Saidu Nasamu Dakingari.

The event ended with calls for unity and continued support. Leaders urged members to stay committed as the election approaches.

He added that the large turnout shows strong backing for the party and its candidates ahead of the 2027 election.

The APC national organising secretary, Suleiman Mohammed Argungu, expressed confidence that the party would secure more than one million votes in the presidential election.
