JAMB Releases Date For Second UTME Batch
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has announced that results for the second batch of the 2026 UTME will be released before midnight on Saturday.
The update was shared by its spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, who confirmed that candidates who sat for the exam on April 17 will get their results the same day.
He said the board will issue an official notice once the results are fully released.
Candidates are also expected to receive updates through JAMB’s official communication channels, including social media platforms.
This comes after the board earlier released results for candidates who wrote the examination on April 16.
Over 600,000 candidates were able to access their scores from the first batch, marking the start of a phased release process.
The 2026 UTME began nationwide on Thursday and is expected to cover more than two million candidates across various CBT centres.
JAMB said it will continue releasing results as they are processed.
